Obama Raises Historic “Medical” Army As US Elites Warned To “Prepare For Worst”By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

According to these experts, under this new law Obama is moving swiftly to implant a plan to increase the Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps of the US Public Health Service to be used in times of national emergency. Though this new law sets no limit how large this “medical army” will be, FactCheck.Org estimates the US Public Health Service Regular Corps and Ready Reserve Corp were almost immediately increased to 6,000 troops upon the US Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare.
Important to note about this historic event, these experts say, is that this new law states that “all commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act 2 of 1923, as amended,” thus making them the most elite, and powerful, military force the Americans have ever had.
Virtually unknown to the American people is that the US Public Health Service has unlimited power far surpassing that of any Military, Federal, State or Local police forces and that its actions are not appealable, nor can they even be judged by any American Court. Simply put, these experts say, “They have the power of God.”
Most chilling to read about this, and openly published on the US governments National Institutes of Health website, is the 2005 US Public Health Service report titled “Public Health Strategy and the Police Powers of the State” wherein they detail the historic legal precedents granting them these “godlike powers.”
In the opening of this document they plainly state their intentions leaving no room for misinterpretation:
“The doctrine of state “police power” was adopted in early colonial America from firmly established English common law principles mandating the limitation of private rights when needed for the preservation of the common good. It was one of the powers reserved by the states with the adoption of the federal Constitution and was limited only by the Constitution's Supremacy Clause—which mandates preeminence of federal law in matters delegated to the federal government—and the individual rights protected in the subsequent Amendments.
The application of police power has traditionally implied a capacity to (1) promote the public health, morals, or safety, and the general well-being of the community; (2) enact and enforce laws for the promotion of the general welfare; regulate private rights in the public interest; and (4) extend measures to all great public needs.”
To the type of people the Obama regime will use to man this new “medical army” with “godlike powers” was recently revealed by a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) whistleblower who was employed by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) who stated these powerful US policing agencies were deliberately recruiting, hiring sociopaths and pedophiles.
During this whistleblowers shocking interview on the Alex Jones Show he stated: ”We have a program in the state of Rhode Island where we take prisoners who are out for non-violent drug offenses and everything else - basically sociopaths - and we're sending them to a ten-day course and getting them in uniform checking out people. If they have a background and it's something like violence or abusing authority we put them right in, we put them guys on the floor first day.”
To how exactly Obama is going to utilize his new psychopathic “medical army” immune from all US laws is not known. What is known, though, is that with Obama now presiding over an economy fast approaching the misery levels of the Great Depression, his claiming the right to assassinate any American citizen he so chooses, and his signing this week of an Executive Order giving him total control over the Internet, whatever he has planned is not going to be good.
Unlike the great masses of American people, however, the banksters and moneyed elite classes protected by the Obama regime are all receiving warnings this week to prepare for worst.
In one such warning quietly sent out by the wealth management arm of Merrill Lynch these modern day robber barons were warned to “reposition themselves — and their portfolios — for a fundamental geopolitical shift” because, in their words, “it is now clear western dominance is crumbling.”
For the rest of these hapless people there appears to be only misery in their future as they continue to watch their American Dream turn into the nightmare they allowed it become.

New scientific data depicts recently new observations of electromagnetic waves; X-rays, gamma-rays and particle flux, connected with thunderstorm activity have significantly altered the traditional picture of the Earth's atmospheric environment.
Strong electrical fields inside thunderclouds give rise to high energy electrons and, consequently, gamma-rays and neutrons. Gamma-rays are currently detected by instruments from low orbiting satellites comprising what is called 'Terrestrial Gamma Flashes' (TGFs).
Before I continue further into today's scientific findings, I shall layout information regarding what ancient Mayan text describes as a "new element" which will be a contributing factor for what is described as the "transition", bringing us into the 5th world. This new element is really not new at all, at least to its current understanding. It is the element of "Ether". They describe it as "the space between space".
What the Mayans call the "5th element or new element" of which some text refers to as "ether", is the same as what Christians call "holy spirit", what the Chinese call Chi, the Japanese call Ki, the Indians call Prana and what Luke Skywalker calls "the force".
In the year 2012, new scientific research involving String theory, Super-symmetry theory, Ethereal theory, Sub-nuclear theory, and Quantum theory all point in the same direction. Here is where modern science and ancient text join together defining the source which connects all things. It is "charged particles" which is the conduit connecting the universe to our galaxy Milky Way, to our Sun and solar system, to Earth, and to humans.
Is there something shifting in our galaxy which would increase the flow of charged particles towards our Sun, solar system, and Earth? If so, what would it look like?

Cosmic-Rays, Gamma-Rays and Thunderstorms
What I will layout in this segment might be a bit too technical for some, so up-front I will give you a very brief summation. What I am suggesting is a precursor to the full potential effects of a direct cosmic-ray pulse coming from the center of the Milky Way to our Sun, solar system and Earth, is an escalation of prolific thunderstorms displaying electrical charges (lightning) which has not been seen in hundreds, if not thousands of years.
Electromagnetic emissions connected with thunderstorms trigger various dynamic processes in the Earth's magnetosphere, causing global geo-effects and changing electro-dynamic properties of the ionosphere. Satellite measurements had shown that thunderstorm electrical effects extend into the upper atmosphere and ionosphere (also known as Transient Luminous Effects (TLE) and Thunderstorm Ground Enhancements (TGF).
Intense particle fluctuation, coinciding with thunderstorms, is also detected on Earth's surface by a network of TGE particle detectors. Enhancements of electron and gamma-ray flux usually coincide with a large negative electric field between cloud and ground and with negative inter-cloud lightning occurrence in the vicinity of particle detectors. Energy spectra of gamma-rays measured during the period of most intense TGEs prolonged up to 100MeV.
Correlation of an intense flux of electrons, gammas, and neutrons measured by means of ground-based particle detectors by means of thunderstorm activity, indicate new phenomena of Relativistic Feedback Breakdown (RFB) initiating a self-sustaining particle acceleration process in the atmosphere. Scientists are now conducting coherent and multi-component-band measurements of all parameters connected with variability of atmospheric electricity.
Further studies of the Energetic Atmospheric Particle Events and Transient Luminous Effects in the low, upper atmosphere and in space are extremely important for our understanding of the nature of these new and very exiting physical phenomena.
